Construction / Insurance Defense Attorney - Jacksonville The Candidate will be responsible to meet with clients to prepare discovery responses. Take depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts. Attend mediations. Analyze facts of case and propose defense strategy. Report to clients and comply with all relevant guidelines and research. The candidate should have excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. Desire to work in a collaborative environment. Must possess great time management skills. Must have 2-3 years' experience in an insurance defense firm. Florida Bar admission
