Real Estate and/or Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide legal representation in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to drafting motions, discovery, research and analysis, and case management from start to finish. Review and Draft Contracts and Demands. Represent the firm internally and externally; participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees in order to increase the firm's visibility in the community and within the industry. Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department Required. 2 - 5 years of experience as a paralegal required. Self-starter with demonstrated litigation experienceaaStrong analytical, research, and writing skills required. Ability to communicate professionally with clients on a range of practice group topics required. Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently required. Real Estate Law preferred. Civil Litigation Law preferred. Preferred Experience in MyCase.
