Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for transactional aspects of matters including contract review, writing opinions and document creation/revision as well as County Court litigation (collection of assessments and covenant violations). Judicial foreclosures and creditor bankruptcy work may also be added to the work portfolio. Specializing in the representation of community associations (HOAs). Qualifications: Experience specifically with this area of law or with collections, foreclosures and/or bankruptcies would be great. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office is a requirement.Must bring an excellent attitude, attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills and a willingness to dive in to and learn the business.
