Paralegal Litigation The candidate will assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Will investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Will monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Will record and store client information. Will phone calls with clients and courts. The candidate should have litigation paralegal skills. Should be experienced paralegal or entry level candidate with coursework in or graduation from paralegal program with training as a paralegal or other legal field/Will consider entry level candidates and provide training. Should have strong computer skills. Should have ability to prioritize and multitask. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be deadline and detail-oriented, team player.
