Immigration Attorney The candidate should be a Law degree. Admission to the bar of any U.S. state is required. Experience in one or more of the fields, including, Affirmative Applications with USCIS, Removal defense (detained and non-detained), Asylum, BIA and Circuit Court Appeals, and Criminal Defense, is required. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Proficiency in the use of web-based software, MS Word, and MS Excel is needed. Should be detail-oriented, passionate, collaborative, a clear communicator, organized, and a critical thinker.
