Senior Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage cases from investigation to trial. Researching and writing appeals. Research and write motions, briefs, and proposed orders. Attend conferences, depositions, hearings, trial. Maintain client expectations by providing professional and timely updates on cases. Develop case strategies and projections. Assist with systems, policies, and procedures. Maintain role-specific key performance indicators. Participate in community outreach endeavors. Networking and business development. Should have 7+ years of civil litigation experience. Must have conducted trials and hearings as first chair. Should have 3+ years of experience as a first chair trial advocate and be able to provide 2 file-stamped briefs filed within the last 2 years. Georgia bar membership is required. Multi-jurisdiction admittance strongly desired. Must be admitted to the Northern District of Georgia. Federal appellate admission strongly desired.
