Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will draft, review and submit immigration petitions (including but not limited too PERM, I-140, and H-1B) for filing under the direct supervision of the attorney of record. Monitor large volume of e-mails to ensure that critical matters are provided the necessary timely attention and prioritization. Process incoming paperwork and documents from clients, government agencies, and third-party service providers. Updating and maintaining the case management system. Administrative duties such as answering phones, billing, organizing files. Liaising with clients, government agencies, and third-party service providers. Work with other support staff to ensure timely and correct processing of cases. Calendar and meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress to supervising attorney. Should be college graduate with 2+ years of experience in dealing with business immigration visas (specifically PERM and H-1B). The position is best suited for a bright, detail-oriented, organized, and time conscious individual with prior experience working with PERM and H-1B petitions. Must have basic technological and research skills. should have experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe and Google applications. A Bachelor's Degree required.
