Legal Secretary The candidate will do preparation of documents necessary to initiate and complete the settlement of real estate purchases and sale closings. Gathering and review of all documents related to real estate sales and purchases. Interaction with lawyers, lenders, and title companies. A High School Diploma and/or related education is needed. Must be familiar with New Jersey Real Estate Purchase and Sale. Should have prior legal experience including real estate and estate planning. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook and All-State Legal forms. Must be detail-oriented, and possess superior verbal, written and proofreading skills. Should have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational and strong collaboration skills are needed. Should have the ability to display flexibility while working in a fast-paced team environment, as well as independently.
