Personal Injury Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal Duties: Provide support to attorney through the phase of litigation, from commencement of lawsuit to trial. Draft and e-file complaints, pleadings and discovery/RFP s and responses, subpoenas, motions, process CME requests and other legal documents. Calculate and manage deadlines. Schedule hearings and trials. Communicate with clients and others in the legal community. Prepare exhibits and litigation binders. Assist attorney in trial preparation/attend trial as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a Florida Plaintiff PI Litigation paralegal (Florida Bar Certified, a plus). Must be someone who embraces the use technology while working primarily in a paperless practice area environment. Must have at least 5-years experience using MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro; Works well both independently and as part of a team. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must have great customer service skills with a heart for serving our client's needs.
