Temporary Criminal Law Paralegal The candidate will be answering telephones and responding to e-mails for the firm's multiple attorneys; Requesting dockets, police reports, and other criminal documentation for bond hearings and other immigration filings; Case preparation, including writing and drafting court documents to be filed with courts after attorney review; Correspondence with clients; Collecting information and documentation from clients, including requesting medical records and responding to client inquiries; Following up with appropriate courts regarding requests for documentation and status updates; Providing legal and administrative support for attorney activities. Associate s degree is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office and 1+ years of criminal law experience.
