Attorney Responsibilities: Draft motions and other filings. Attend hearings and court appearances on behalf of the law firm. Communicate with clients, internal staff and others to ensure cases are handled appropriately. Review Legal Notices and other legal documents for form and correctness. Prioritize and manage an assigned portfolio of work at a fast pace on a high volume of files, with a great attention to detail. Monitor quality control through drafting and review of reports and inputting and maintaining information into a case management system to ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Must be licensed in Maryland. DC and VA Bar admission is a plus. 1-3 years of experience preferred, but recently licensed attorneys with relevant background are also encouraged to apply. Experience representing community association clients or general real estate or litigation experience will be given priority consideration. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. Will be an organized and detail oriented, superior communicator (both oral and written communications are key to our practice), who works well in a group or individually.
