The position is 40 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling. Responsibilities include preparing for upcoming trials and hearings, handling discovery, drafting legal documents, corresponding with witnesses, clients, expert evaluators, and court representatives, as well as contributing in the litigation process. ? The successful applicant will have a minimum one (1) year of paralegal experience, and must have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience meeting deadlines.
