Job Responsibilities * Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work * Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases * Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case * Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents * Complete turndown approval for viability issues * Oversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations * Manage the release approval process * Manage a team of multiple Case Managers * Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of Florida * Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team * Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required * Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager Job Requirements * Law degree from a fully accredited law school * An active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association * 3+ years of personal injury or premises liablity experience * Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases * Ability to manage multiple Case Managers * Excellent client service and communication skills * Strong leadership skills * Self-starter driven by long-term career goals * Superior writing and oral advocacy skills This role reports to the Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. They will have at least 3 years of personal injury or premises liability experience and have the ability to manage high volumes of pre-litigation cases. The successful candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership skills, and be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals. They must also possess superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
