Temporary Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ year's civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff-side) with a Bar License. Experience with either State Attorney and Public Defender Office is a plus. Must be able to manage a significant caseload, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills; extensive experience taking and defending depositions; extensive knowledge and experience in first-party property claims and litigation; skilled in evaluating cases; critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; strong communication skills (verbal and written), problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be Self-Starter and Goal-oriented; motivated and assertive; proactive and results-oriented; a team player, personable; technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems, and fully and effectively utilizes available technology and automation. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency.
