Associate Attorney The candidate will communicate effectively and appropriately with clients, opposing counsels, insurance companies, litigation members and courts. Draft, review and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. Advocate client s interest at hearings, motions, and mediations regarding lawsuits filed within this office both in person and telephonically when permitted. Analyze case files to ensure that proper work flow is being adhered to pursuant to the expectations of both clients and the firm. Perform other duties as assigned. Should have membership in good standing with the State Bar of Florida. Must have 1+ year of litigation/trial experience. Well versed in Court Room Practice is essential.
