Family Law Attorney The candidate will handle complex family law case work, including litigation and settlement. Will be responsible for billable hours, as well attending office meetings and other assignments. Must have 3+ years of family law experience and must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Excellent computer and communication skills are a plus. Experience with pleadings, law and motion, discovery, and custody proceedings is required. Courtroom experience is required. Experience with discovery, law and motion, depositions, and trials is a plus. Litigation experience is required. Must have excellent analytical and writing skills.
