Part-time Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Maryland and DC. Will conduct client intakes. Prepare legal documents and correspondence. File pleadings. Maintain court calendar and prepare clients for hearings/trials. Must have experience in the bankruptcy court and or Circuit Court. DC Bar admission is desirable. Should be a member in good standing with the Maryland Bar and or the District of Columbia. Must have ability to provide legal services as well as full case representation to clients on behalf of the office; and able to cover hearing.
