Attorney The candidate will be assisting with case management. Conducting legal research. Drafting and analyzing contracts and other legal documents. Handling pro se settlements. Conducting depositions. Reviewing and analyzing medical records. Participating in hearings, pre-trials, and trials. Gathering all facts necessary to assist in the defense of the claims. Should have 1-3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, or Business Law. Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing. Prior litigation and workers compensation experience are preferred. Strong writing and communication skills are required. Must be able to efficiently manage their time. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Must have the ability to make sound decisions while delivering and achieving high-quality, customer-focused results.
