Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist on litigation cases involving probate, estates, trusts, real estate, contracts, consumer, business. Should be familiar and comfortable with handling litigation cases in these areas. Must be experienced in all substantive areas of litigation, including legal research, discovery, pleading and motion practice (discovery, dispositive and trial related motions, pleadings and briefs), court appearances, mediations, client and witness interviews, trial preparation, federal and Ohio civil procedure, rules of evidence and professional conduct. Experience in probate, trusts, real estate and business areas would be preferable. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.
