Salary Competitive salary commensurate with experience ## Attorney - Remote Position - Law Firm - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Law firm is looking for an experienced, independent attorney residing and actively licensed in Pennsylvania to join their team. The attorney would work remotely from a co-working space or home office, supported by a team of over 50 attorneys, paralegals, and operations staff. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience, be detail-oriented and industrious, and have a passion for Medicaid. Prior experience in areas such as Medicaid eligibility and reimbursement, administrative appeals, civil litigation, probate and estate claims, and guardianships is preferred. Job Responsibilities: - Independently handle cases from inception to resolution. - Craft and execute strategies that optimize favorable outcomes in advocating for clients based on the review of initial case information and on-going fact investigation. - Substantively communicate with courts, administrative offices, financial institutions, and clients. - Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments. - Attendance at hearings and trials.
