Part-Time Paralegal The candidate should have experience in the practice areas of Personal Injury and Probate. Candidate's Personal Injury knowledge must include pre-litigation workup of files to suit readiness and familiarity and ability to electronically file court pleadings and documents. Probate knowledge must include estate planning/probate experience including, but not limited to, will and trust preparation and probating estates to conclusion. Must have 3 years of experience.
