Responsibilities would include: Intakes, Pleadings, Deposition preparation, Depositions of defendants, expert witness disclosure, trial preparation and possible trials. Required skills are: Legal research, medical research, time management, persuasive legal writing and a hunger for excellence. 2+ years experience in personal injury required. Must be Admitted to the New York State Bar. Should have ability to handle a caseload and manage clients.
