Real Estate Paralegal The candidate role would entail assisting attorneys with major commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, review of title, survey, and other due diligence, curative resolutions to title issues, organization of pre and post-closing documents, management of transactions and closings, preparation of closing statements and checklists, as well as assistance with other aspects of the transactions, including contract review, lease review, title objection letters, and entity formations.
