Bi-lingual Immigration Attorney The candidate will be representing clients in Immigration Court, before the Department of Homeland Security, and juveniles in SIJS hearings. Will be writing motions to reopen, SIJS pleadings, briefs, motions and appeals. Preparing and litigating cases in court. Admitted to practice in any jurisdiction, though preference will be given to applicants admitted to VA and MD degree is needed. Should have 1+ year is needed. Virginia Bar is needed. Spanish language is needed. Must be a bi-lingual (English-Spanish) Immigration Attorney.
