Litigation Paralegal Candidate will work in the Litigation Area. Will: Under minimal supervision, prepares, processes, and types legal documents such as contracts, briefs, summonses, complaints and motions. Proofreads materials to ensure high quality products; files information promptly and accurately; meets deadlines and take appropriate action. Enters, updates and retrieves information using multiple systems and databases. Maintains and coordinates calendars. Work for additional assignments when team coverage is necessary, and assist with special projects. Duties include billing processes for assigned attorneys. Requirements: Certificate of graduation from a formal legal assistant program with 2-3 years' experience. Paralegal or college degree preferred. Must have intermediate computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be self-motivated; with strong time management skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Accuracy and attention to detail; takes initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional attitude and demeanor. Able to work well independently; along with being a team player. Be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.
