Medical Device Attorney The candidate will play a key role in helping our clients launch new products and platforms, build innovative business models, protect their brand and trade secrets, hire key talent, and understand how the rapidly, changing technology and policy landscape will impact their business. Using substantive health law expertise and creative problem-solving skills, will help position our clients turn passion and vision into reality, and ultimately to improve the lives of people across the country. Should have experience in navigating the ever-changing healthcare regulatory landscape; Must have the ability to identify and evaluate legal and business risks and opportunities for healthcare companies. It's a bonus, but not required, if have: Digital health and telemedicine; SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS contracting; FDA-regulated drugs and/or devices; Healthcare corporate and/or commercial transactions; Fraud & Abuse (AKS/Stark/FCA).
