Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Removal and deportation defense. Family or Employment-based immigration are a plus. Should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage the work of others, ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, and the desire to cultivate strong relationships with clients and attorneys at the firm. Must have a JD. Admission to a State Bar Virginia Bar is preferred; and Must be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team. Most be fluent in Spanish.
