Attorney The candidate interviewing clients to assess the Estate Planning/Probate needs. Drafting experience with various Estate Planning documents. A working understanding of the Probate/Estate Administration process. Providing creative and client-centric problem-solving solutions to clients. Thinking collaboratively to create common-sense solutions to complex estate planning problems. Developing business with proven ability to generate/originate new matters. Developing/maximizing potential referral sources through networking events. lunches, and social gatherings. Creating an overall business development/marketing strategy designed to grow and expand one's practice and client base. Maintaining a positive attitude, good listening skills, ambition, self-confidence, and good organizational, communication, and writing skills. Analyzing, addressing, and providing legal advice to a cross-functional team of lawyers in all practice areas. The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. Be licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts (Member of the Massachusetts Bar). Multiple Bar admissions are a plus. Must have 3+ years experience in Trusts and Estate and Probate Law. Strong client experience is required. Experience representing clients with large and small estates is essential. Have a mature, experienced team approach to the practice of law. Must have strong people skills suitable for a client-focused business, and academic and professional credentials. Must have the ability to prioritize and to work independently, and work well in a team environment and bring added value. Must sound legal judgment, initiative, and have versatility.
