Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will perform administrative and office support activities for the firm. Duties may include, fielding telephone calls, drafting/producing documents, data entry, filing, and faxing. Must have great oral and written communication skills, be a team player and have a strong work ethic. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are desired. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Previous legal experience is a plus. Prior legal experience and college degree preferred. Clerical/Administrative Ability. Multi-tasking, planning, organizing and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to communicate, including the strong grammatical and writing ability. Ability to use Microsoft Windows and all components of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new programs. Knowledge and ability to analyze issues to determine proper handling.
