Labor Law Paralegal The candidate will be working with several large employee association clients. Will be representing and assisting those associations in matters against their employers. Representing individual clients in public sector disciplinary matters. Working closely with experienced labor representatives and other labor attorneys in the firm. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in labor/ employment law. Experience with public sector labor organizations is ideal. Must be Active member of the California State Bar. Licensing defense, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning, and business law with 2+ Years will also be considered.
