Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate must be an experienced intellectual property paralegal to assist with all aspects of patent and trademark practice and understanding of litigation/Pacer system. Should have strong writing skills required including drafting motions, letters and follow up e-mails to clients. Experience in patent office procedure a plus, shall maintain a diverse docket for attorneys, and shall assist in attorney billing and client communications, keeping attorneys up to date on pending due dates, etc. A high level of attention to detail and ability to proof read are also required. Transcription skills are desirable. Prior experience is required as the individual is expected to hit the ground running.
