Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of the cases from the initial intake to the completion of the case. Work closely with the attorney to assure the cases are handled efficiently and accurately. Assist attorneys with all aspects of Personal Injury cases. Communicate with clients, adjusters, doctors, attorneys and court personal. Draft pleadings, correspondence and settlement demands. File required document/forms with the court. Prepare arbitration and trial materials. Request and summarize medical records. Scan and save documents into client files. Preserve and update case management system. Schedule. Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Court Electronic Filing System required. Proficiency in English with high level of communication skills required. Outstanding time-management and organizational skills required. Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse group of people required. Prior Paralegal experience is a must.
