Attorney The candidate will be responsible for mortgage foreclosure review work. Will appear before New Jersey Superior Court judges on uncontested mortgage motions and mediations. Must have 1+ year of experience in reviewing foreclosure pleadings at every stage of the foreclosure process as well as strong knowledge of title. Should have a comprehension of the New Jersey foreclosure process. Experience using client platforms (i.e., Black Knight, LPS, etc.) is a plus. Should be admitted to practice in New Jersey at the time of employment.
