Attorney Part-time The candidate should be an experienced personal injury. Will represent clients in court Prepare and draft complaints, motions and objections. Prepare and complete discovery responses. Negotiate settlements. Assist with all aspects of a busy personal injury practice including: court appearances, request records, prepare for court events, answer phones, review and summarize medical records, etc. Previous experience in personal injury litigation required. Familiarity with case management software and E-services required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Ability to build rapport with clients required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
