Junior Attorney The candidate will support our business litigation division which includes corporate disputes (breach of contract, partnership disputes, etc.). Firm specializes in business litigation, employment litigation, probate litigation, and family law. The firm also handles cases in many other areas of law including trusts, wills, contracts, torts (defamation), trademarks, and real estate claims. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Legal drafting of court documents including pleadings, motions, appeals and discovery, Legal Research, Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Knowledge of procedural rules for state and federal courts. 1-2 years of experience. Licensed in Florida (Federal and State Court). Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in commercial litigation (required). Experience in probate, real estate, family law, or employment litigation (preferred).
