Junior Associate Attorney - Hladik Onorato & Federman LLP Hladik Onorato & Federman LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join their Financial Services and Real Estate Division in their Troy Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending court hearings, managing files, monitoring cases, preparing and responding to pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, and conducting legal research. Job Responsibilities * Attend court hearings in several counties throughout the state * Manage files and monitor cases to ensure deadlines are met * Prepare and review documents including complaints, judgment, and sale pleadings * Draft responses to pleadings * Prepare and respond to discovery * Conduct legal research * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements * Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university * 2-3 years of experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Replevin, and Litigation * Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines a plus * Licensed in the State of Arizona * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product Compensation and Benefits * Salary range: $60K - $80K * Comprehensive benefits package for attorneys including medical, dental & vision insurance, employer paid life insurance, employer paid long-term disability insurance, generous 401(k) plan match, paid vacation and more Hladik Onorato & Federman LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
