Estate Planning Paralegal The candidate will be communicating with clients. Serving as a witness for will, trust, power of attorney signings. Maintaining and managing of estate planning original documents. Organizing large amounts of information and client-provided records. Obtaining information from financial institutions. Composing, editing, and sending correspondence, including letters and emails, to clients, Registries of Deeds, and Secretary of State's Office. Managing and organizing of documents, including scanning and saving to case-management software and electronic file. Scanning, copying, saving, uploading documents to client portal, preparing documents for mailing, and drafting letters to clients to obtain information or provide updates. Performing other duties as requested or assigned. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
