Legal Secretary/Office Administrator The candidate will handle initial client contacts, incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel; Calendar management for initial consultations, follow up appointments, depositions, hearings etc.; Data entry, file maintenance, and organization; Establish effective working relationships with clients and assisting clients with any needs over the phone, via email, and in-person; Preparation of some legal documents; Provide assistance in the preparation of discovery and responding to discovery; Monitor and ensure compliance with state regulations; Filing and arranging for service of process; Perform additional administrative tasks on an as needed basis. 1-2+ years of experience in an office setting (preferably in a legal capacity but not required); Experience with MacOS and strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, Strong communication skills with experience in a client/customer facing role, Secretarial and administrative experience; Solid writing and organizational skills; Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills; Experience with Practice Panther encouraged; Multi-lingual a plus.
