Senior Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Team Lead The candidate must completely understand the life cycle of a personal injury case from client treatment and rehabilitation through settlement and case closure or transition to litigation. Extreme expertise in compiling and summarizing medical bills, addressing subrogation with liens and ledgers, confirming/closing out balances, tracking providers and ordering medical records, assisting with drafting demands, scheduling and calendaring case-related meetings and deadlines, sending demand packages, drafting basic correspondence, redacting and bates-stamping documents, and effectively communicating with his or her supervising attorney.
