Associate Attorney, Litigation The candidate will draft pleadings, prepare cases for trial, take depositions, defending depositions, and participate in trial and mediation as needed. Should be a member of the Georgia Bar and must have a desire to be in a courtroom (no need to apply if you are scared of the courtroom). 1-2 years of family law experience would be nice, but motivation and ambition could possibly trump experience.
