Attorney The candidate will work with the Litigation and Default Law departments. Should have prior foreclosure/bankruptcy experience and litigation experience (professional liability defense, general liability defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and workers' compensation defense preferred). Must be a member in good standing of the US Virgin Islands Bar Association. J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited university is required. A portable book of business is a plus.
