Paralegal Draft correspondence to counsel, clients and insurance companies. Draft stipulations and forms to obtain all records. Follow up on all records and discovery to ensure timely receipt. Draft discovery. Draft responses to discovery (and work with clients to obtain necessary information). Draft pleadings (to include but not be limited to witness disclosures, pre-hearing statements). Prepare exhibits to various pleadings/discovery basic motions, ER904, jury instructions, etc. Set appointments. Work efficiently with experts to provide information needed and obtain reports. Qualifications: Must be well versed with an emphasis in wills & probates, social security, real estate, and contract disputes to work. Able to organize, outline, and write Briefs with attorney supervision. Desired Qualifications: Excellent writing, communication, document management, legal research and interpersonal skills; Ability to request and follow up on records & documents requested; Significant litigation experience, particularly with discovery; The ability to organize and maintain a large number of documents, including the ability to utilize electronic case management systems; The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
