Real Estate Closing and Contract Attorney The candidate must be licensed in Georgia (in good standing) and have real estate title and closing experience. Should have 2+ years of experience handling residential real estate transactions. Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment is required. Must have strong experience in title review, curative and claims. Must have experience in reviewing and drafting leases, contracts, deeds and other legal documents. Experience in managing non-attorney personnel is required. Familiarity with SoftPro Select closing software a plus. Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus.
