Bilingual Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist partner and Associate attorneys in all areas of immigration law and representing clients in immigration, naturalization, non-immigrant and removal proceedings. Prepare forms, documents, letters, briefs, pleadings, for filing with court and/or government agencies. Serves as liaison between client and attorney. Drafts and sends letters to clients, and makes calls to follow up with cases. Should have strong communication and writing skills. Other tasks include: Research and analyze legal sources including Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), judicial decisions, and memoranda. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas of law: Adjustments of Status/Consulate Procedure. Fluent English and Spanish (Written, Read, and Spoken) is needed.
