Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate should be Licensed to practice in Colorado. Must have 2+ years of family law litigation experience (or at least 10+ contested hearings). Very strong motions and legal brief drafting abilities is required. Must have substantial knowledge of Title 14 and 19, C.R.S, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and applicable C.R.C.P. Experience with Federal Indian law or Tribal law is preferred. Experience working with Tribes is preferred.
