The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years prior experience in managing a Plaintiff s personal injury and/or Workers Compensation caseload. Our ideal candidate will also possess superb interpersonal skills, unquestionable integrity, self-discipline, the ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures, be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player, the ability to multi-task, and be an excellent communicator (written and verbal). In addition, the candidate must have knowledge of Needles Case Management Software and be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite program.
