Associate Attorney/Law Clerk The candidate will assist in the handling of motion and brief drafting as well as discovery. Responsibilities will largely include assisting our attorneys with the drafting of motions for summary disposition, answers to motions to set aside judgments, answers to counter-complaints, preparing discovery requests and responses, and if licensed, occasional court appearances. Bachelor's preferred. License Bar preferred.
