Associate Attorney-Personal Injury The candidate will propound and respond to discovery. Will perform legal researches, drafts motions form complaints, pleadings and other litigation documents as necessary. Prepare clients for and take and defend depositions. Attend State and Federal court hearings as required. Assist Lead Attorney with maintenance of heavy case load ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines. Provide excellent service to all clients. The candidate should have HD Degree. Must have License Attorney in CA. Should have1-2 years of litigation experience. Should have experience in Personal Injury law a plus. Excellent research skill and oral and written communication skills are required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Experience with Abacus, Essential Forms and Microsoft Office is plus.
