Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations. Review, analyze, and evaluate all case information and investigative materials. Recognize and properly handle liens, letters of protection, and notice requirements. Zealously advocate for the clients with insurance adjusters to secure the best possible results. Review and approve demands and settlement statements. Timely communication with clients and medical providers. Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner. Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staff. Occasional travel to other CT offices or courts. Follow the firms operating procedures and case management guidelines. Actively practice company's core values.
The candidate must have a Doctorate. Should be admitted to CT Bar in good standing. Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases is required. Professional written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people. Work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Balance working independently and collaborating with others. Proactive results-focused work ethic. Work authorization in the United States required.
