The ideal candidate will have experience in Family Law, Property, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Disputes. ## Job Description Law Firm is seeking a motivated and independent Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent research skills, written and verbal communication, maintain the confidentiality of clients at all times, ethical, great interpersonal skills, able to prepare legal documents, strong attention to detail, and Doctor of Jurisprudence. The ideal candidate should also have 1-2 years of litigation experience and be bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Haitian Creole. ## Responsibilities * Handle cases related to Family Law, Property, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Disputes * Prepare legal documents * Maintain the confidentiality of clients * Provide legal advice * Represent clients in court * Research case law and legal documents ## Requirements * Doctor of Jurisprudence * Florida Bar * 1-2 years of litigation experience * Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Haitian Creole * Excellent research skills * Written and verbal communication * Strong attention to detail * Ethical * Great interpersonal skills ## Benefits Law Firm offers a competitive salary, bonus pay, and flexible hours. ## COVID-19 Considerations Law Firm is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
